How Do I Place An Order? How Do I Get The Coins? What Is The Process?

Buying and receiving your Mut Coins is very simple. The following steps should help you complete your purchase hassle free:

1. Select your console.
2. Choose the amount of coins you wish to purchase (we do not cover the 10% EA Tax).
3. Fill out the order details. Enter the information of a worthless card (normally bronze or silver) that will placed on the Auction House for us to buy.
4. Set the "Starting Price" price at 6400 and the "Buy it Now" price to the amount of coins purchased. Set the Auction Duration to One Day (24 Hours) and Place up for Auction.
5. Once your order is confirmed the card placed on auction will be purchased and the coins will be transferred to your account. This normally happens within 15 minutes.

Can I Sell My Coins To You?

EA Tax Is 10% Do You Cover It?

We do not cover the EA Tax. With continued loyalty, we will, on occasion, cover the tax.

How Long Does It Take To Get/Deliver My Coins?

Most deliveries are completed within 15 minutes. If it will take longer than 45 minutes to complete your order, you will be notified via email. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours if the EA servers are down or if team members are not able to get online because of their internet service providers.
